The soundtrack for this was a little disappointing in my opinion. The only one I found memorable was Mipha/Sidon's Theme.

I've sorta lightened up to it, but I still kinda found it disappointing. My main reasoning was it's emptiness. Usually only a few notes played on a piano. I mean, I get that it's supposed to match the tone of the game, but it left a lot to be desired. The few full on tracks it did have I enjoyed. Didn't like the town themes aside from Tarrey Town. That one's beautiful. Hyrule Castle's cool too.

yeah, Hyrule castle and the other major tracks are really good, and i will agree listening to a few piano keys here and there isnt to interesting, it works in game though

Retrospectively looking back on it and playing the DLC, the minimalistic soundtrack honestly makes it easier for me to remember because I can recall the unique tracks so vividly. With the game atmosphere around exploration of the world, it fits perfectly. However, I think in major areas such as towns and such, or more important monuments, more detailed music would have been great. The dragon theme, Kakariko, Tarrey Town, Hyrule Castle, the Guardian theme, and the 'attack on divine beast' themes are all great and match their themes, and Sidon's theme is also pretty good. However yeah, I think they could have upped the contrast between quiet exploration, and wonderous monuments.

im going to be honest, i love Kass' theme.
