NEED HELP!!! Switch fell in water, how can I save it? I found a video but don't have all the tools needed.

That's rough. You should probably try unscrewing the back cover and wiping things down with a Q-tip or cloth if you can. I'm sure it's been more than 12 months since you got it so the warranty must be gone. I'm not sure what else to tell you. I saw you wrote a message on Discord, but it looks like you deleted it or something. I hope you can get it fixed.

I deleted the message because I got help from other discord servers (I sort of panicked and posted that everywhere that could be helpful). Right now I'm trying out cov ring it in rice for 24 hours (it's supposed to help soak up moisture). If that doesn't help at all, I'll have to try and find a screwdriver that fits the screws on the switch. And yes, the warranty is definately up. Just in case things don't work and I have to get a new switch: do you know if there's any way to purchase Switch online through a computer or something? My Nintendo account is connected and I would like to back up save data if possible.

Rice did not work, do you know if this guy's tutorials are good? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tub9zgg82H8

I think that you're going to really have to just try to get the data off of the switch one way or another. Even if you could buy NS Online through a computer, it would have to be linked to the switch in order to get all of the save data on it backed up. If it was just water, I feel like you've got a pretty good chance at recovery, so don't give up!

That seems like it could be good. I really don't know honestly.
