No it's a fake account. You can tell by looking at his posts then looking at Francis' posts - if his account was hacked, this would show up as one of his posts.

Thank you, but I finally got around to making it. I took your suggestion of a magiblot. I think it came out decent although it didn't look right without pupils so I just added some.

actually I wanted you to take some creative liberties, that's why I gave it yellow eyes and stuff so you could choose what colors you wanted to use, because, after all, practically nobody likes yellow.
