Actually, I think Mimi was confirmed to be a failed Pixl in the Milk Bar, and we know Shadoo is a Pixl, they both have powers relating to transformation. This kinda explains the gears in True Mimi's head. So maybe Mimi was a runaway attempt at Shadoo? Though, Shadoo is an ancient, so maybe it's someone's copy of Shadoo. The walls of The Flopside pit of trials also mirror Mario's quest. I did have a dream about Shadoo's true form, in the background there was a Black Eye with know pupil that kinda looked like the Sheikah Slate eye (This was before 2017 though) and in the center there was a weird black orb creature with triangular limbs. It had 2 arms but only 1 leg.

I think Tippi would work fine with loose joy cons, and in handheld mode it could use the touch screen. As for the items, they'd have to make new minigames for handheld mode, loose joy cons wold probably work the same as usual. Maybe a toggle on/off motion controls option would work

Yeah, that's all accurate except the dumb part is Nolrem is not a Darkness descendant... He's a descendant of the Ancients just like Merlon. It even says so on his catch card: "Card Description: This is Merlon's dimensional counterpart in Flopside. He is also a descendant of the ancients."

I guess, I think I was trying to incorporate the eye while also making it look unnatural. The crystals on it's back are it's weak point. Shadoo can only take this form while at full power, and the form also allows it to infiltrate people's minds and trap them in infinite nightmares Antasma style.

I like to think that when Shadoo was created, part of the dark tribe broke off to follow the ways of evil, which explains why the Dark prognosticus was created despite the flopside residents being relatively friendly.

I woke up today and this was one of the first things I saw on YouTube today. I've got a good feeling about this one! Even though it may look like color splash, it at least seems to have an interesting story going for it! No FP or attack gauge on the HUD bar though...

Theory: Sticker Star had too many Toads, Color Splash had too many Shy Guys. The Origami King looks like he's a Shy Guy, Nintendo's probably trying to trick us into thinking he's the main antagonist when it could be ...someone else ...

Only made SPM less than TTYD because of mechanics. I bet you all would rather better utilized mechanics in the game or the old mechanics and rpg battles of old (probably not tho because then it wouldn't have as much identity)

I really like SPM for how it stands out from the rest of the series, but still fits perfectly in. The only reason why some people don't like it is because it's a Paper Mario game. Each Paper Mario game has a certain gimmick to it, and SPM had both flipping and platforming

TL;DR; As Paper Mario games, there both absolute monstrosities. They're nothing like the first three games, and if I were you, I definitely wouldn't worry about skipping them, even if you plan to play PM The Origami King. Arguably though, in my opinion Color Splash is still worth playing if you have nothing better to do. As games in general: Sticker Star is one of my most hated games of all time (out of the ones that try to be a good game at least). The story is pretty much this: Shiny thing falls from the sky, Bowser touches it, he becomes OP, The pieces of the shiny thing scatter across the world, and Mario needs to collect all of them to defeat Bowser; The End. I'm fine with people who like the other aspects about Sticker Star; I've heard that some people like the music in the game. If I had never played Sticker Star (partially) then I'd probably think that it's ok, but nothing special, but now Sticker Star's soundtrack is permanently attached to that game for me, and I sadly just hate it. Color Splash on the other hand, is an enjoyable game to me at least, just it's more of a turn based Mario spin-off than a Paper Mario game. I don't have too much more to say about Color Splash, it's just a bland game. Why have my replies been so long recently??? Now that I'm out of school for quarantine, I think that I'm actually thinking more... Online school can go die though.

Pretty sure the school system relies on the fact that students aren't likely to think about what's happening, teachers have no idea what to do when I question the system
