Digibutter weekly debate project: If The United States suddenly became 100% self sufficient in all markets, what would happen to everyone else?
So I figured, hell we get the most active when there is a debate going betwen a small circle of people, why not start a weekly program that gives you a topic and until the end of the week to finish it. This firt debate will have a little more time than the rest since I'm impacient. This debate will end next sunday, september the 30th, 2012.
Okay so the tiopic is this:
What if the United States became completely self sufficient sometime during this decade, what would happen to the rest of the world? What possible wars would result? What would it mean for the United States?

It would probably become an economic giant and be able to solve most if not all of it's problems, it also wouldn't obviously need other countries to assist it so we would probably *crag* over alot of trade with other countries in the progress of being a massive superpower. More crazy conspiracy shit will go on and the U.N will be scared shitless of us to the point that we may end up in WW3.
