- Like?
- Wanted to attract new fans and make use of the system's functions
- Two screens used for training minigames and inputs during battle
- Also, this is where the new function Digitter is displayed
- Originally planned as a direct port, but direct and producer felt this was a new opportunity
- They decided as much content as time allowed
- Did to a point where almost a sequel made more sense
- Everything new was created after the PSP release, so they felt that they had pushed their limits
- Because of the known basics, they focused on making the game more Digimon
- The focus shines through the title, as Decode was added to the end of it
- Decode also refers to a new function, where Digimon can be brought back after being destroyed
- The original goal of the PSP game was to appeal to the fans of 13 years ago. With the Nintendo 3DS, it was learning from mistakes and adding so much more.
