An interactive Splinter Cell TV show could be in the works, according to a new trademark application from Ubisoft.

The trademark application filed with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) on October 23 covers a range of "continuing television programs and interactive television programs" based on the Splinter Cell franchise.
