We've seen the pink and white 3DS XL before, but are we going to get the pink and black option here in the states? That's what Target's Black Friday ad seems to indicate. I'm thinking it's a mistake, but we'll wait for official confirmation.
Unless this is a listing error on Nintendo's official website (Japan), it looks like One Piece: Unlimited World Red isn't going to support the 3D slider. I wonder why they made that decision.
Nov. 11, 2013 - NEW YORK -- Have you ever dreamt of shooting the Hero’s Bow in real life like Link in your favorite Legend of Zelda games? Here’s your opportunity!
On Sunday November 17th, StreetPass Long Island & StreetPass NYC are teaming up to host the first and only Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds themed Archery Competition (to celebrate the upcoming release of Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds which launches for Nintendo 3DS the following week on 11/22/2013).
The event will take place at Proline Archery Lanes, a reputable indoor archery range in Ozone Park, Queens, NY. StreetPass Long Island & StreetPass NYC arranged for a private 2 hour session from 6:30PM to 8:30PM after the range's normal business hours. The venue will provide 3 Olympic certified private instructors who will teach everybody how to safely and accurately shoot a standard long bow. The event will conclude with a friendly archery competition for Legend of Zelda themed prizes.
The event organizers negotiated a special group rate package with the venue and will be collecting $20 in advance per person (towards the venue’s fee) to ensure a spot, since space is extremely limited. Visit https://www.facebook.com/events/1388097304759087 for more details and to make reservations.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds themed Archery Competition will start promptly at 6:30PM at Proline Archery Lanes and will end at 8:30PM.
I'll tell you, the game journalism scene is a very odd one. When Nintendo is doing well, most outlets bash them for creating content that only families could enjoy. When Nintendo isn't doing well, we hear that same drum being beat...but a few publications sneak in articles that are in support of the big N. That's what we have right here, an article that looks at Nintendo's current position to show that things aren't nearly as bad as many would lead you to believe.
Animus Fragment – Mostly for the most hardcore completists among you, the Animus Fragments are just a fun bonus to track down. All 200 must be obtained in order to complete all of the Abstergo Challenges, which allows you to unlock the Deceased Crew Cheat. (We’ll be digging into the Cheats soon.)
Letter in a Bottle – Found on beaches and rocky shores throughout the world, the letters inside these bottles come from people who lived in the area you are traveling through. These offer a better idea of what life might have been like at the time.

The Target 'One Spot' stands are usually right at the front door of any Target. Usually they have all sorts of random holiday-related stuff in there, but it looks like some locations are dumping DS games in there. I see some decent games in that mess! Thanks to Soni for the heads up!
A woman in Snowbelle City states, "Standing here reminds me of a cold region far away. Will you listen to the first song I composed there?" Answering yes will play a slowed-down version of the theme of Jubilife City, from the Sinnoh region of Pokemon: Diamond & Pearl, which slowly picks up in tempo.
