This is part of a Forbes review for Pikmin 3...

For what it gives you, however, and particularly on a game-starved Wii U, Pikmin 3 is still a success. I find myself wanting more, but that's because the game has offered me so much already that I feel shortchanged without more time spent in these captivating little gardens. I'm not entirely sure why this game took nine years, but I'm glad it's here. I hope the Wii U makes it through, because experiences like this are a breath of fresh air in the modern gaming industry.

This is part a Gamnesia review for Pikmin 3...

All in all, while a short game, Pikmin 3 is a blast to play and its extras will keep you coming back hour after hour in an attempt to beat your best score. It's a pretty easy game with some difficult boss battles, but well worth buying for long-time Pikmin fans and newcomers alike.

It seems that there are multiple versions of this video, with some being shorter and featuring different enemies. It's unclear whether this has something to do with the region the game is from or the code itself.

Hello! Shigeru Miyamoto of Nintendo here. As promised, I'm here to tell you how to make use of the special code you've obtained if you've managed to find all ten of the secret data files.

During their latest treasure-hunting adventure, Captain Olimar and his Hocotatian crew recorded a series of secret Expedition Logs, and entering the special code allows you to access them! The secret data files are hidden in various locations. If you haven't yet found them all, don't give up. Keep on searching!

♦ To view the Expedition Logs, select the blue internet browser symbol below, and enter the special code when prompted. Please note that the Expedition Logs can only be viewed using the Wii U console's internet browser.
