How's this for a rare speciman? I wouldn't try hugging or dissecting it if I were you...

When producing concept art, our artists believe in providing a variety of options for any given subject. A single concept rendering would place too strict a constraint on the resulting game design.

Now that we've settled into regular releases of content, we've found ourselves wanting a better way to talk directly to the TF2 community about the state of the game and some of the reasoning behind the choices we're making. Our hope is that this blog will accomplish that, and give everyone some better insight into our development process as well.

This butterfly can deliver ammunition and advice to Solid Snake. It can also be used as a short range reconnaissance device, use Stealth camouflage, and shock enemies, knocking them unconscious. I heard some unschweet Scientist stole the plans for Tiptron MK. II, creating this instead!

For the last eight years, I'm pretty sure you all remember the dominate species of politicalfly, the George Bushafly.

After the George Bushafly went out of season, various species of politicalflys have fought for dominance, including the rare Clintonfly.

Now, it looks like it all boils down to the rare McCainfly and, pictured below, the Obamafly.

Which species will win? The Obamafly or the McCainfly? Well, it's all up to human efforts to keep one of the politicalflys breeding. The Obamafly seems more adaptable to its surroundings, so my bet's on the survival of the Obamafly in the politicalfly landscape, whereas the McCainfly will lose the competition.

Wow, she's quite pretty!

I've done some research on this butterfly, and have found some schweet facts. One fact says, that a speckled wood, on it's wings, has the same chemicals that can run Meow Maids. I say that is pretty schweet. If we can just find a hi-technicaal way of extracting the chemicals from the butterfly, and making identical copies, then no more running out of those fuels for hte Meow Maids.

This one's huuuuuge... In fact, it's a WHOPPER!

I guess it's safe to say that this butterfly is evil.

Butteflies are envied at first glance for their wings.
Rumor has it they can use those wings to sail through sky like gliders. But that can’t be true, can it?
