Anyone that can take Altered Beast and turn it into something worthy of a Citizen Kane comparison is worthy of a gold medal. Of course, this article doesn’t manage to pull that off, but it’s a pretty funny and compelling piece!

This was a shell that you’d place over the Famicom controller to turn it into a giant joystick. It even has two tubes that reroute the A and B buttons all the way up to the top of the joystick. Who in the world thought this was a good idea?!

For those that didn’t know, Revenge of Shinobi originally had Spider-Man in it. Even stranger, he was one of the bosses you had to take down! The restaurant chain Afilia is going to be promoting Item Getter’s release in Japan by serving up food that mimics what you see in-game. Looks pretty tasty to me!
