Altered Beast has a legacy not for its gameplay, but for the hysterical voice clips. Rise from your grave, power-up, welcome to your doom…how could you forget these classics?! This stuff is hysterical, and still better than most voice acting today.
CNet has a tribute up for the SEGA Genesis, even though it is a bit late. Better late than never, I guess. I mean, the system is 20 years old, so it’s been waiting awhile to celebrate anyway!
Come on, the damn guy was an inspiration for the creation of Solid Snake as we know him! You have to get Kurt Russel in on the job…if the movie ever does come about.
