You know how I feel about piracy, but every so often I’ll share a story with you guys simply because the technology behind it is too interesting not to share. For example, I love the idea below, but I sure hope that it won’t be used for pirating games. It’s a Wii that has been [...]

What makes Capcom’s booth babes of TGS 09 different than TGS 08? Well, the girls are only wearing one stocking this year!

Wow, these are ridiculously awesome! They’re on display at Capcom’s TGS booth right now. I’d love for these to be preorder bonuses for when the game comes out!

This Mega Man X poster was part of a Nitnendo Power issue. How much would you pay for that on eBay? $10…$30…perhaps $225?! Yeah, it seems that some unlucky buyer picked up this poster for over $200. They were either completely unaware of where the poster came from, or happen to [...]

Click to embiggen Excuse us if we dedicate this entire post to one, single screenshot. A picture -- of gigantic metal death spikes protruding from Chuck's helmet in Dead Rising 2 -- is worth a thousand words, after all. Also, that bodysuit is pretty snazzy. Go on, take it all in.See what we mean? Totally worth a post.

Late summer blockbuster Batman: Arkham Asylum receives another dose of free DLC with the "Prey in the Darkness" map pack tomorrow on Xbox 360 and PS3. The "Heart of Darkness" map will have Bats battling baddies at the Arkham Pumping Station, while "Hothouse Prey" has the detective using his predator skills to silently dispose of henchmen in the conservatory (i.e., the Abandoned Glasshouse). Remember to pick up the free "Insane Night" map pack if you somehow missed it last night ... oh yeah, and don't forget to check out the game if you've somehow missed out on that, too.

Click to jump in! Joystiq has obtained official box art for an apparent Xbox 360 peripheral bundle. Diving a hand into the "popcorn" box (warning: contents inedible), one looks to pull out the following: (1) Mini Universal Media Remote (the original Pro pack-in!) (1) Wireless Network Adapter (apparently not the 802.11n version) (1) Xbox Live 3-Month Gold Card (1) 800 Microsoft Points Card (0) No actual popcorn While pricing and release details have yet to surface (though box art has been created for various European territories), we expect this package of dusty inventory -- hey, it's called "flexibility" people! -- to coincide with the release of the remote-less, WiFi-less Elite Holiday Bundle in the coming months.
