It’s been awhile since we’ve heard anything about GTI Club Supermini Festa, which is coming from Konami. While we may not have new media to show off, we do have a rather loose release date for Europe. Konami has confirmed that GTI Club Supermini Festa will be made available in Europe sometime during [...]

New Super Mario Bros. Wii isn't a game for you to play by yourself. Sure, you could, but it's just not going to be the best way to extract all of the fun the experience has to offer. Instead, you really should try to corral some friends together for multiplayer, which is guaranteed to do one of two things: strengthen the bonds you and your three partners in platforming have established, or take those friendships you've worked so hard on over an indeterminate amount of time and stomp them like a lost, lonely Goomba.

Created with the capability to launch a nuclear slug, halfway across the world -- undetected -- Metal Gear Rex is anything but cute. That is, until you shrink it down to toy size, at which point it becomes positively adorable. The killer collectible was initially spotted by a Toyark forum member, who noted it was coming from threeA. The forum dweller further noted that Rex appears to be 15 to 17 inches tall. We're not sure if the railgun is functional but, if push comes to shove, you could definitely launch some rubber bands off of that thing. Pricing and release information have not yet been revealed. We might normally scoff at the array of Xbox Live Avatar clothing being made available for Band Hero - a near ubiquitous occurrence with game releases for the Xbox 360 these days. Not today though, friends. Nope, today we have the opportunity to get our Avatar a totally rad, Say Anything style boombox. We know, we know - finally. For the low, low price of 240 ($3), you too can be as cool as Lloyd Dobler (though there's no promise of landing a lady as fine as Diane Court with said item). We suppose you could pick up the other stuff too, available for 80 ($1) to 240 ($3), if you're into that kinda thing. You could get a microphone or a shirt or a ... just get the boombox, alright? You don't wanna end up being given a pen and getting told how "valuable the friendship" is, do you? Hmm?

Also up for grabs will be Brain Age or Mario DSi bundles for $169.99 with a free $20 gift card. Several recent Xbox 360 and PS3 releases will be on sale for $34.99, including Brütal Legend, Left 4 Dead 2, Dragon Age. Many older titles will be $20 or less. Codemasters may have created the very best multiplayer experience on the NES with Micro Machines. They also had a lot of trouble coming their way from the Big N. Following a surprisingly passionate fanboy petition, an Assassin's Creed game is actually coming to PSP. Ubisoft hasn't done much to promote the upcoming PSP exclusive, Bloodlines, but this new trailer -- released a few days before the game hits store shelves -- is something ... right? In addition to showcasing the game's crisp look, the trailer emphasizes connectivity between Assassin's Creed II on PS3 and Bloodlines on PSP -- both due out next week -- without actually going into detail. Thankfully, we already found out about some of those features.
