It looks like Ubisoft released a bunch of promo Rabbids figurines for Rabbids Go Home, some of which you could have gotten as a preorder gift in Europe. To get the full set, you’ll have to keep an eye out on eBay! Thanks to Cook for the heads up.

Again: Eye of Providence is looking like a really interesting game. I’m pretty pumped up for the release. From what we’re hearing, European gamers will get a chance to go hands-on with the game, but you’ll have to wait until sometime in March for that to happen. Hopefully an official release date [...]

Wow, that’s an absolutely horrible localized name. At least, that’s how I feel. What do you guys think? Thanks to ZRK for the heads up.

When Chris Herbert decided to pop the question to his girlfriend of three years, Belle Starenchak, he picked the most romantic place he could think of: Anime Weekend Atlanta, with both dressed as Pokemon. It ... kind of makes sense for them. Belle, or "PikaBelleChu," is featured in the Guinness Book of World Records: Gamer Edition for her massive Pikachu memorabilia collection, and Herbert met her by staging a Pokemon auction. So while we might be tempted to laugh, it would seem that the pursuit of 'em all is a major component of this couple's lives. And now that they've done this -- a proposal in Pikachu and Raichu outfits, all floppy fake mouse ears on their hats and yellow glove slipped off to try on the ring that came out of the Pokeball -- we believe that the world's quota for Pokemon-themed proposals has just been filled. By the way, it was super effective. See the moment after the break.

Isn't that romantic, if not a little creepy

We should have seen this coming, given that Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles recounts events from Resident Evil 2, but it never oc-curd to us: Tofu, the character from the hidden "Tofu Survivor" stage in RE2, will return for the Wii-exclusive rail shooter, as confirmed (or con-extra-firmed) in this trailer. But not as a protagonist: in Darkside Chronicles' Tofu Mode, many of the zombies are swapped out for gelatinous, crumbly, flavor-absorbing tofu. After the break, enjoy a trailer featuring some alternate costumes for the playable characters, all of whom are made of meat, as far as we know.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii is making everyone feel a bit nostalgic for Mario games in general. They’ve sure come a long way in a short amount of time. The things that Nintendo has pulled off with the mustached plumber are mind-numbing. To think that this mascot has shaped the industry around [...]

A portion of a Siliconera review… For a first effort, Tomy and Eighting did a fine job. I do wonder how Eighting is going to handle Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, though. Tatsunoko, which comes out in just a few months, requires more precision when it comes to inputting commands than Naruto.

Pokemon Rumble at IGN.com Good news for all of you that were upset about the 1,500 Nintendo Point pricing for Pokemon Rumble. The price has actually been dropped to 1,200, so you can save yourself 3 bucks when you pick the game up this Monday!

“We kept it in the Naruto universe and chose things that were fictionally appropriate for the characters [while] leveraging their existing advantages, and kind of making their Late Ninja Powers extensions of how they play as fighting game characters to begin with. In a lot of respects it’s an exercise in balancing and tuning and [...]
