THQ closes mobile developer Universomo

THQ has confirmed the closure of Finnish developer Universomo, who worked on mobile licensed games for the publisher -- and whose original (and interesting-looking) DS game, Beat City, is expected to be released this spring. Paradoxically, the confirmation of the shutdown was given to Mobile Entertainment as part of a note about THQ's increased dedication to mobile gaming.
"We are very excited about digital gaming and have increased our investment in this area," a THQ rep said. "We have more than 15 games and entertainment applications scheduled for release on mobile handsets this year. That said, we did place Universomo into liquidation." THQ plans to use external companies for the development of these titles. Even so, it seems Universomo picked the wrong time to make a DS game instead of a cell phone game.

My Portal Theory.

OK, so GDC is March 11, Valve is going to be at GDC. March 11th is 3/11, which is the state of developement that GLaDOS is in. 3/11 is the day after 3/10. 3/10 is March 10th, also known also Mario day. (Mar10)
 One of  the decoded images shows two people with portal guns. this leads me to believe that Portal 2 is going to be Super Portalio Bros, where you play as Mario and Luigi and you have to use portal guns to go back to the mushroom kingdom.


My theory is correct.

Yep, that's the first 8-bit Bass, unless you want to get technical on how Bass appeared on the computer screen in MM9. I didn't care much about Protoman in 9, but I might actually buy Bass.

Party Escort Submission Postion is the act of penetrating your partner submissivly while on your way to a party or social gathering. Intercourse through Party Escort Submission Postion involves submissivly penetrating your partner via rape or while sleeping, the enforcer(most of the time male) must be in full control the entire time that PESP takes place. In an interview with IGN, Funcom's Ragnar Tornquist has shed some light on the perpetually foggy MMO, The Secret World. The interview focuses on several facets of the game, including its realistic settings, enemy design and how The Secret World compares to Funcom's most recent MMO, Age of Conan.

Perhaps the most interesting part of the discussion is just how much content the company has planned for The Secret World; we believe the scientific term is "quite a bit." According to Tornquist, the team has planned "several years' worth" of content for the game. "It'll take us years and years to reveal everything about our game world," said Tornquist, "which is a good thing, because it's an MMO." He added that Funcom expects that game to last for "a very, very long time." Like, as long as the government has kept the fake moon landing covered up?
