That’s a pretty unique approach to a Street Fighter II tattoo. I’ve seen lots of tattoos based on the series, but this is the first one I’ve seen that includes a whole scene!
Man…I absolutely love the artwork on the card. I don’t care if you know the Earthbound franchise or not…that artwork automatically gets you interested. Perhaps Nintendo should have bundled something like this with the release of Earthbound in the states!

It would appear that the rock Ubisoft sent out to press may have been a little short on the specifics for all versions of Splinter Cell: Conviction, considering the publisher today confirmed a two-week delay for the PC version. BigDownload spotted an Amazon listing and followed up with Ubi, who confirmed the new release date of April 27.
As seen above, both versions of the game were previously confirmed for release on April 13. We might normally say, "Hey, at least you PC gamers can enjoy the demo in the meantime!" but it appears that a PC demo won't be coming. So, um, maybe you should pick up a good book? And hey, how about that local sports team? Did you read that book about the local sports team?
We wouldn't have thought a digital video recorder attachment for the PS3 would be a particularly hot seller in Japan, but the neverending lines spiraling from the front doors of Japanese retailers are proving otherwise. Andriasang recently passed along a Famitsu report explaining how shops are quickly selling out of the standalone version of the torne DVR peripheral -- though the 250GB PS3 which comes with the device built into its frame isn't selling quite as expediently.
If the device's popularity has inspired you to import one, you should know that it's only capable of recording Japanese terrestrial TV signals. As such, we also suggest you simultaneously purchase around 5,500 miles of coaxial cable.
A portion of an NWR review…
If you’re looking for a realistic baseball experience, you’re better off going after the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of this title. If you’re looking for a light-hearted baseball experience with motion controls, Mario Super Sluggers or MLB Power Pros might be more up your alley.

Commander Shepard can pick up the keys to the Hammerhead hover tank on March 23, the official release date of the Firewalker pack. The new wheels, er, propulsion things are the latest piece of free Mass Effect 2 DLC. Available through the game's Cerberus Network, the pack includes five missions that utilize the new vehicle -- which will hopefully handle a little better than the first game's infamous space car.
(Of course, a drunk Krogan successfully engineering a Geth self-destruct algorithm was more likely to yield success than the Mako's control system ... )
If you want to experience the pure joy of Army Men: Soldiers of Misfortune, you better be willing to fork out a cool grand to Overstock.com. Oh wait, the game is sold out over there! Let’s hope no one actually bought at this price! Thanks to MrCuddlyTiger for the heads up!

Publisher SouthPeak's legal troubles continue, with developer Paradox Interactive filing an injunction against the company for disagreements that start with a familiar issue: lack of payment. Gamasutra reports that Paradox, developer of Europa Universalis 3 and the recently unveiled Lead & Gold, claims SouthPeak owes it $585,382, revenue from distribution of its games that the publisher has not passed along.
"SouthPeak has failed to comply with its payment obligations even for game units which it previously reported to Paradox, and SouthPeak's executives have informed Paradox's executives that SouthPeak is currently financially unable to satisfy its payment obligations to Paradox under the Agreement," the legal filing reads.
After Paradox terminated its distribution agreement with SouthPeak last month, according to Gamasutra's summary, SouthPeak "threatened" to request that unsold inventory be returned by retailers -- and it's this action that Paradox is trying to prevent with its injunction. In addition, it is seeking a receiver to collect the money it claims SouthPeak owes.
Hmmm…top-secret sequel to one of the DS’ best games. That doesn’t really narrow it down. I wonder if it could be something first party related! Thanks to Billy for the heads up.
