Starting in June, Capcom will be offering a pair of Okami-based mugs for ¥3,150 ($34). Siliconera spotted the "tea cups," which feature the canine protagonists from Okami and the upcoming DS sequel Okamiden. The vessels also change color as you pour hot liquid into them, blossoming from dark designs into the full-color scenes depicted in the image above.

Now, cut up your credit card before you try to ship these internationally!

You, like ourselves, may have noticed a gnawing, ever growing curiosity in Two Worlds 2 developing over the past few months. Could it really be not only better than the first but an actual game we want to play? The sequel does, after all, let you freeze people with lightning bolts. If you're dead set on sating your curiosity, SouthPeak has let us in on a pair of bonuses you would receive if you pre-ordered Two Worlds 2 from GameStop:

First is the Luciendar, which you probably already know is "the fabled weapon used to defeat the mighty desert dragon Tang'Raoul." Basically, it's a giant, super-powerful, two-handed sword that you'll be able to access once your character reaches level 15. Second is "the Labyrinth," an exclusive bonus area with its own set of quests that publisher SouthPeak has detailed to a hyper-nerdy extent after the break.

It seems that most retailers in Canada have dropped the price of No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle to $29.99. If you haven’t grabbed this game yet, you should probably jump on this deal. One of the best titles to grace the Wii! Thanks to Haziq for the heads up.

Level-5's sequel arrives sooner than expected and includes an amazing surprise bonus.

Capcom is going to put these Okami/Okamiden mugs up for sale on their official store next month. Too bad that’s the official Japanese store, and not the North American one. At least we know that Capcom is good about bringing these things over for us, if we make enough noise.

Gazillion Entertainment has officially announced the first of its MMO games based on Marvel properties, the unfairly adorable Super Hero Squad Online. How are we supposed to resist the idea of playing as Chibi Thor or Widdle Silver Surfer in "Super Hero City"?

This game allows players "to be their favorite Super Heroes in a living online world," as long as said players don't mind being (almost literally) Nerfed versions of those heroes. Players can join up with friends to form squads to fight evil together. Of course, they can also collect items for their customizable personal spaces.

If you'd like to see these lil' heroes (and the game) in action, GameTrailers TV will debut a trailer on Friday at 12:30 AM.

Nintendo loves to give their games commercial refreshes, as it helps them continue to be long-tail sellers. The latest title to receive yet another push is Tomodachi Collection, with new commercials airing now. These commercials feature actresses Shihori Kanjiya and Keiko Kitagawa playing the title. Even with Tomodachi Collection sitting in the [...]

G5 Entertainment's Supermarket Mania is leaping from iPhone and PC to the PlayStation Minis program. While it may not be the Supermarket Sweeps game we've always dreamed of, it does offer casual gamers the chance to become a supermarket manager. Players will have to keep the shelves well stocked and serve customers, "including hard-to-please celebrities." (Does that mean you'll have to keep stock of illegal drugs?)

Supermarket Mania will be available in North America for $4.99 on May 18th, and in Europe for €4.99 on May 26th. Check out a trailer after the break.

Though Microsoft has already announced it will be doubling up on this year's helping of E3 media showings, we received word this morning that Sunday evening's Project Natal event will feature a "spectacular live performance imagined by Cirque du Soleil." The June 13 event had only been scantly detailed since we first got our invites back in March -- luckily, we always anticipated some kind of media circus.

We also expect to see that "full lineup" of Natal titles that Microsoft promised -- only, you know, with super-bendy acrobatic performers outclassing Microsoft execs at stage demonstrations.

Happy Thursday Bloggizens! I don’t know what the weather is like over where you are (sitting/standing/sleeping), but in this part of the world it is as cold-as-sin and overcast to boot. Good thing I have my trusty copy of Hot Shots Tennis: Get a Grip to magically transport me to evergreen lush landscapes and exotic locations (where the temperature is a constant 82 degrees Fahrenheit).

That’s right, I said Hot Shots Tennis: Get a Grip.

I know, I know… you guys are probably already asking yourselves if today is your birthday, what with this bit of great news and all. Do you feel that ray of sunshine beaming down on you yet? I know I do!

So enough teasing, you want to get the when, what and how… so before the PlayStation.Blog (sorry Jeff!) staff goes into conniptions that the launch date is not on the top part of the post — Hot Shots Tennis: Get a Grip is ready to serve a court-full of fun for PSP systems, and will be shipping to retail stores on Tuesday, June 29, 2010! And it will also be available for purchase on the PlayStation Store on the same day!

There will be plenty of posts coming down the web with further details, but let me share this golden nugget of information: this is an all-new Hot Shots Tennis cast in an all-new tennis adventure of the likes that you’ve never seen before (ever-ever times infinity).

First off, there is the new Story Mode, where you will travel the world spreading tennis love to everyone and anyone you meet. Part of the gameplay will require a certain level of exploration — its like Indiana Jones with a racquet, but with less ophidiophobia and more giant reptile costumes. Yeah, it’s something like that.

Of course there will be items to unlock, this is the heart and soul of Hot Shots, so prepare your senses to manage the cornucopia of costume items, courts, and characters that will be coming your way (more on that later!). Just remember, every challenge will grant you new items to customize your character, and there are bajillions of items to unlock (ok so more like hundreds).

Yes, your Hot Shots Tennis: Get a Grip adventure will pit you against a variety of different characters. Some big, some powerful, some cunning, and some Helghan.

What the what?

And I leave you with that bit of amazing news and, well, one more thing: keep an eye out for the demo!
