A Boy and His Blob data finally debuts on the Nintendo Channel. Man, it’s so sad to see such a high-quality game get so little attention. It took this title 224 days to get its debut data on the Nintendo Channel. Why, oh why didn’t more people pick up this game?

Looks like No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle has hit Australia, and as you can see, another mini-comic has been included in the instruction booklet. Not only that, but the cover has had a few review scores added to it. Let’s hope that makes a difference in the sales!

I think there are a fair amount of people out there that would like to see a new StarFox game on the Wii. Whether or not that actually happens remains to be seen, but could Nintendo actually take the franchise in a different direction by having us play from the opposite side of the [...]

Look, we're not experts in the way of marketing things to the French, but we're pretty sure the advertising for Blur is all kinds of wrong. Seemingly tapping the region's most beautiful women to represent in-game power-ups, arguing their superiority over their peers, each spot concludes with the ladies throwing down in a faux race -- which is more an excuse for them to show off skin than to show off the game. Have you ever had to hit so many buttons while playing a racing game before? Yeah, we didn't think so.

Head past the break to check out the two commercials. Bonus points if you can spot the exact moment where feminism has been set back 30 years.

Time Warner's premium cable channel is coming to the PS3 and PSP later today. Sony has just announced that programming from HBO will be made available via the PlayStation Network video delivery service in North America. The initial selection includes the both the first two seasons of True Blood (Season 2 debuts on DVD today, as well). In addition, select seasons of Big Love, Entourage, Eastbound and Down, The Sopranos, Sex and the City, The Wire, Rome, Da Ali G Show, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Flight of the Conchords will also be available, with "more titles and additional seasons to be added each week."

Pricing information wasn't made available in the press release, but we believe it will be similar to the content currently available on iTunes: $2.99 per episode. HBO enthusiasts will definitely want to stay tuned for tonight's PSN Tuesday update.

We could go on about all of the badass ninja action going on in the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 trailer above, but we just can't get past how amazing it all looks in HD. It's like this trailer opened our skull and scooped out our brain, only to leave a drooling husk of a human being in its wake. We guess it's kinda impressive we managed to write this post.

So hit the play button above and see Naruto and company throw down in splendid HD glory. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 launches this fall.

System tops console sales chart in another slow week.
Lord Crump
It's a shame how the PS3 isn't selling so well; it really is the best of the three consoles
Lord Crump

but in all honesty, darkz, you really don't have an argument; the PS3's library of exclusives overtakes the 360's library in terms of quality (Save for the games also available on the PC, but they don't count, because they're, duh, not exclusives), and the massive fanbases as well as extremely positive critical reception is a testament to this

Honestly, you can say they're overrated or whatever as much as you want, but it doesn't change the fact that what you say doesn't really matter; don't get me wrong, alot of games are overrated (OoT, or any other game ever called "greatest game ever"), but they're still good games based on their objective quality. Sure, you may not like them (That's your subjective opinion), but it doesn't make them bad games (Because they have to be bad objectively, which they aren't, because their gameplay, presentation, whatever is designed with great skill)

The only valid complaint you can make about the PS3 are how some developers (Valve) can't develop for the PS3 (Most likely because they're too lazy to learn how to develop for a console that is structured differently, which is stupid; as a programmer (Or, at least, programmer in-training), I know damn well that you have to expose yourself to as many platforms as possible and not just give up; sure, I bitched and complained about having to code in Objective-C on a Mac last semester, but I came out wiser and more experienced because of it, and made an A in the class)

Otherwise, really, there isn't any other criticism you can make that I, or most other people who own most (Or in my case, all) of the major consoles (As well as a decent PC) will take seriously

Tired of what we silly game journalists have to say about the upcoming Gaikai game streaming service and thirsting for comments from the venture's latest investment partners? We were too! Thankfully this morning's announcement that several investment groups will be adding another $10 million to the already $5 million-strong coffers at Gaikai brought with it a handful of quotes from just such folks.

Rustic Canyon Partners' Nate Redmond sees "interesting new growth opportunities for the industry" in the streaming service, while Benchmark Capital's Mitch Lasky envisions the business as one "poised to take advantage of sweeping changes in how games are bought, sold, and ultimately even played brought about by the industry-wide shift to digital distribution." Unfortunately for us, however none of the investment partners seem to know when Gaikai will become usable by the general public, instead offering word of upcoming announcements about "other strategic industry investments and partnerships soon." We're thinking E3 might be a good time for that. And hey, that's pretty soon!
