Retail titans Best Buy, GameStop, Walmart and Amazon agree: Kinect will cost $150. Microsoft will not comment on the posted pricing beyond saying that it's speculative. Microsoft's Xbox bigwig Aaron Greenberg wrote on Twitter (twice), "No Kinect price announced yet, retail price estimates are purely speculative, final price & pack-in details are not yet determined."

We understand that the retail listings are speculative, but it may be worth putting aside $1.08 aside every day until Kinect's release just in case -- unless it ends up being more.

Did you know that quite a few developers are working on games for the Nintendo 3DS? It's true! Here's this enormous list of games if you don't believe us. Not on that list, however, is Bit.Trip series developer Gaijin Games. That said, in a recent interview with Gamasutra, Nintendo executive VP of sales and marketing Cammie Dunaway said that the studio "can't wait" to start working on bringing Bit.Trip.Runner to the 3DS.

Just think about it: colors, explosions and music all working in tandem -- but in three dimensions! All kidding aside, the idea of Bit.Trip.Runner on the 3DS sounds like pure insanity. Pure, wonderful insanity.

As we close the books on E3 2010, I’d like to spotlight one of the games we showcased in Los Angeles this week. LittleBigPlanet 2 will be on its way to PLAYers, CREATErs, and SHARErs later this year, so we thought we’d help get this creative juices flowing within our great community. To do this, on June 4th, we invited a selection of talented creators from around the world to come down to the new Media Molecule studio in Guildford (UK) to check out LittleBigPlanet 2 and put the new creation tools to the test.

We gave the 15 attendees 24 hours to go nuts with the new game, allowing them to build anything they could think of. Here’s a look at a video from the event to show you what I’m talking about. And for a complete rundown of the Game Jam, check out LBPCentral.com for impressions written by the creators themselves.

A portion of a Nintendo Life review… It’s fun, enjoyable and can divert your attention for a little while, but after that time you begin to hanker for something more impressive and more original. Download if you’re bored but don’t expect anything different to the norm.

#e3 Certain bodies were needed to work E3 2010. These bodies had to strut, pose, wear armor, professionally wrestle, mock-rap badly (on behalf of another media outlet, I believe) or just sit and look unpleasantly pregnant. Good job, everyone! More »

A pretty mysterious find, don’t you think? You have to wonder why Nintendo would do something like this. It’s certainly a big tease to Earthbound fans, and it would be quite rude of them to do this just to hurt Earthbound fans even more! Thanks to all of you that [...]

It's amazing what a giant, electrified tuning fork and a little Cajun flair can add to a franchise.

Sucker Punch Productions recently invited us to check out a private demo of inFamous 2 -- and no, it hasn't changed the bizarre intercapping since the series' last installment. I think I can overlook that small grammatical anomaly, though, as the other, more tangible changes that are being incorporated into the sequel look pretty amazing.
