Honestly, guys, we're shocked. What kind of message does fighting send to budding caped crusaders and aspiring hoodlums in DC Universe Online's Gotham City locale? There are certain protocols of etiquette one must adhere to when engaging in crime-fighting or heistery and, today, we're sad to say we're disappointed in you both.

As penance, we're going to display your embarrassing encounter for all to see in our gallery below. Let it be a lesson moving forward: from here on out, let's dance out our problems, okay guys?

Sometimes lost in the rabid daze of "good" deals this Black Friday week are genuine opportunities to spend a little money on good causes. If you've been meaning to pick up "that charity game" on XBLA -- and in doing so, donate 100 percent of your 400-point purchase to charities, including Save the Children and Starlight Children's Foundation -- you have until December 1 to do so.

Come next Wednesday, Chime's 10-month charity drive will expire, at which point the game will be updated to donate 5 percent of all $5-purchase royalties to publisher OneBigGames, which then passes the donations along to its charity partners. Additionally, the update will remove the game's high-score cap.

"Now that this cap has been removed it will finally be possible to discover the best Chime players in the world," game director Brynley Gibson, of developer Zoe Mode, said in an announcement. "This fix has been a long time coming and is absolutely one made for the fans; we hope it tides them over until we can announce our plans for where we are taking Chime next."

Tired of kicking various random things (the trashcan, pieces of furniture, garden gnomes) around your house? Waiting for the day when all that kicking can finally be put to use winning a game? You don't have to wait much longer -- Sony has announced that Kung-Fu Live will available in the US on December 7, so, in a bit less than two weeks from now, you'll be able to drop your real-life limbs on some virtual baddies.

There's also a new trailer, embedded after the break for your convenience. Sony recommends that you empty out about seven by nine feet of space to stand in front of the PlayStation Eye camera and do all your moving around, so it looks like you might be able to put those furniture-kickin' skills to use early after all. Hi-ya! Oh geez, sorry kitty, didn't see you there.

Hi everyone — A lot of us around here are big fans of “Top Gear,” the wildly popular and Emmy award-winning BBC show that features a group of men doing exciting, interesting and potentially dangerous test drives of cars in different environments. Now, we are excited to announce the U.S. version of “Top Gear” is making its debut in the PlayStation Network Video Store today. And, for the next two weeks, you can download and enjoy the first episode for free, offering a great segue to today’s launch of Gran Turismo 5.

This is all part of a new television content offering from the BBC, making classic and current seasons of popular TV shows from BBC AMERICA available on the PlayStation Network. Each week, the “Video” section of the PlayStation Store will add additional BBC AMERICA programming, including “Top Gear,” “Doctor Who,” the channel’s record setting science fiction series featuring the eccentric galactic protector, “Being Human,” the popular supernatural drama featuring a trio of friends who happen to be a vampire, a ghost, and a werewolf, plus many more hits set to debut in both High Definition (HD) for $2.99 and Standard Definition (SD) for $1.99 on the PlayStation Store throughout December.

So grab a pint, kick back, and enjoy… Cheers, mate!

Is it just us, or are the glowing, blank-faced dancers in the Just Dance games kind of uncanny-valley creepy? If you feel the same way, consider this a warning: this trailer features a bunch of gameplay from Michael Jackson: The Experience for Wii, which shares that style. Music's great, though.

Next month, Ubisoft begins a full-on Your Shape: Fitness Evolved DLC strategy by offering its first of 12 planned fitness program packs throughout the first half of 2011. This first content pack, which will be available in "early December," includes the "Body Toning Program" and "Cardio Boxing Platinum," a new fitness regimen and advanced exercise class, respectively.

The second bunch of DLC, available "shortly after" the first set, will include "New Year New You," a program designed to get players back into shape after the holiday festivities, and "Dance Workout Bollywood," a high impact dance workout using popular Bollywood dance moves." It all sounds well and good, but if we can't summon demon hipster chicks afterward, we're gonna feel cheated.

No price has been set for any of the DLC, though Ubisoft did say it'll offer each pack individually or in bundles. We just have one question: With all of that DLC to create, how will you find time to get your online portal fully functional, Ubisoft?

Remember that trailer for The Witcher 2 -- the one that showed off the many, many approaches you could take to springing the game's white-haired protagonist from prison? During a press conference (which was thankfully attended and filmed by Polish outlet Polygamia), developer CD Projekt showed off a few other evacuation procedures one might use during the mission, demoing a bit of the game's UI in the process.

Check out the demo after the jump, but be forewarned, on the off chance that you're at work this hallowed Thanksgiving Eve -- said videos contain breasts. And we don't mean turkey breasts. We mean actual breasts. Like, on a lady.

We really wanted to tie the double XP offer in Red Dead Redemption to Thanksgiving in a thematic way, but there's little in common between the two things. They celebrate different periods of American history, and shooting a bunch of banditos and varmints is pretty far away from ... not dying of starvation.

Actually, there is one nice way to connect the two -- the "gluttony" theme, but Rockstar done already used it in its announcement of the event, which runs from Thursday through Sunday. "Stuff Yourself with 4 Days of Red Dead Redemption Double XP." So clever! That leaves us with, like, "this deal is no turkey!" We're going to go cry into a pecan pie now. Enjoy some RDR this weekend.
