If you need an inexpensive but delightful gift, and if you don't mind going into a Radio Shack, you may be able to get a great deal on a DS Lite. The retailer has discounted the ubiquitous handheld to $74.97 in-store, in Metallic Rose, Metallic Silver, Crimson/Black, and Cobalt/Black.

At that price, you can't expect every store to have a bunch of systems in stock, so be sure to check online using the "Find it in store" button on the website. Strangely, even the variants labeled "Not available in stores" on each product page did have units available in stores once we put our ZIP code in and checked.

Naughty Dog has revealed a little more (or a lot more, depending on your television) about Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception -- specifically the fact that the game will support stereoscopic 3D. Yes, we know what that means: Sully's mustache will never have looked more real.

In related news (related to Uncharted 3, not Victor Sullivan's facial hair), Late Night host Jimmy Fallon has taken to Twitter with word that the game's developer will be his guests on Monday, December 13. The Naughty Dog crew will deliver the first live gameplay demo of its latest PS3-exclusive adventure -- in mind-blowing 2D, just like the teaser video posted after the break.

Do you know what happens to a Viper when it's struck by lightning? You'll find out in Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. GameSpot got the exclusive on two new characters Capcom is letting loose on the crossover fighter: X-Men's Storm and Crimson Viper from Street Fighter IV. Check out video introductions for both characters after the break, along with some fight footage.

This is exciting in itself, but it also provides further evidence that the unverified roster we received is on the right track, since both of these new characters are on it.

[Thanks to everyone who sent this in!]

A full Minority Report interface is one of the endgame dreams of Kinect hackers. We've seen plenty of brilliant Kinect hacks so far, but this latest one by members of the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory is the closest thing we've seen to the dream.

The hack uses several components to distinguish fingers, allowing hand detection of 60,000 points at 30 frames a second. If you want to go down the rabbit hole of techno-babble gobbledygook (yes, it's a scientific term), you can go here. For those who just want to see something cool, go past the break.

No need to scan that headline twice and make sure you read it right – UNCHARTED 3 is real.

This morning, Entertainment Weekly revealed the next chapter in the critically-acclaimed, top-selling UNCHARTED franchise – UNCHARTED3: Drake’s Deception.

UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception continues to evolve the all of the core principles we laid out for the UNCHARTED franchise, most important of which is creating a unmatched and extremely compelling interactive cinematic experience. In additio to having a compelling story and authentic characters that all of our fans can relate to as key facets to creating this type of experience, we push ourselves and the capability of the PlayStation hardware through constantly refined gameplay mechanics and technology innovation. Our dedication to creating the best interactive cinematic experience can be seen in our last two games – UNCHARTED: Drake’s Fortune and UNCHARTED 2: Among Thieves. We’re especially honored and humbled that both titles have been so successful, selling nearly 8 million units combined and earning more industry awards and accolades than we can keep track of. We’ve set the bar very high for us to outdo the past successes of our previous UNCHARTED games. We’re looking forward to taking on this challenge to top ourselves and create a truly unforgettable interactive cinematic experience that everyone can enjoy.

So, if you’re wondering what UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception has in store for you, we wanted to share some early details.

But when terrible secrets of this lost city are uncovered, their journey becomes a desperate bid for survival that will force Drake to confront his deepest fears.

Throughout UNCHARTED 3, you’ll be taken to spectacular new locations around the globe, that will showcase all of the work we’ve taken on to take acclaimed physics, particle and visual effects to a new level.

Competitive and co-op multiplayer will return as a key ingredient to the UNCHARTED 3 package, where all of the new features we have planned will combine with our signature single-player cinematic gameplay to create a unique action-adventure multiplayer experience that can only be found in the UNCHARTED universe.

Oh, and there’s one more thing – UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception fully supports high-resolution Stereoscopic 3D.

We’re looking forward to exploring it all with you in the months to come. PS3 owners won't have to wait long to get their Grubbin hands on some new Costume Quest DLC. "Grubbins on Ice," the winter-themed content released on Xbox Live yesterday, will make its way to PSN on December 21. That's still in time for Christmas, for those of you who want to reinforce the tradition of playing Costume Quest on a holiday.

The DLC brings the quest to a new area, the snowy Repugia, and, more importantly, new costumes including a ziplining pirate, an eyeball costume that can zoom out the in-game camera to find secrets, and a Yeti costume that can shield the party -- and is also nice and warm.

Marty McFly's eternal nemesis, Biff Tannen, will indeed rear his ugly, manure-covered head in the five-part Back to the Future: The Game series, as revealed by an update to the game's official site. Tannen, who's voiced by part-time electro-rock musician and part-time voice actor Kid Beyond (best name ever?), will play lead antagonist to Marty and Co. during their adventures. For a better idea of his role, check out the official site's recently added, slightly spoilery guide to the series' five episodes.

Wait, did we say "lead antagonist?" No, that's not right -- we imagine the real foe in Telltale's adaptation is, as ever, the very real threat that Marty will create a time paradox, sundering our reality into infinite, unsustainable sub-realities, jettisoning our very existence into the realm of oblivion. Compared to that, some jumpsuit-wearing thug isn't all that intimidating.
