Money Money

On a fine-weathered morning, you find out that all the gold coins in the world have been stolen. The world's economy is on a flat, and people don't know what to do without money.
The government of the world is trying to find a solution to make the world survive without money as they put a bounty of items on the culprit's head. What are YOU going to do about it? Help the society survive? Find the culprit and deliver him to justice? Retrieve the gold coins for the world, or for your own? Or do you side with the one that stole these coins? Say, how did one get all the gold coins in the world, anyways?
Well, it's up to you, now.

The restrictions:
- Since there is no money, you can't buy anything. You'll have to either get something on your own, for free, or truck (trade a belonging or a service) for it.

The world map:

The City wrote:
Economical, political, and demographical center of the world. The city consists mostly of shops and residences. There are inns, restaurants, a stadium and a theater in the city. The city is an island surrounded by two rivers.
Government Island wrote:
An island just south of the City, which is the government's establishment. It contains the Parliament and nothing else.

The Suburb wrote:
A suburb north of the city. It is considered as a gateway between the city and the northern area of the world. There are some residences and shops, but not much else.

Mixt Forest wrote:
A forest constituted of both regular Oaks and Cedars. Some fruit trees can be found here.
Forest Village wrote:
A village in the forest. Lumberjacks usually live there

The Riverside Road wrote:
A Riverside Road that goes from the suburb all the way to the Port Town, passing by the North Mountains. Many agricultural farms are situated on the riverside road, between the Suburb and the Mountains.

The North-Eastern Mountains wrote:
Mountains in the far north of the world, they separate the world from its surrounding ocean. The river runs through them.
Height Village wrote:
A place for the rich people, halfway to the top of the mountains. There are many mansions and everything costs a bundle here.

Cedar Forest wrote:
A forest on the other side of the mountains, near the river's mouth. It is on the coast of the eastern ocean. There are only cedar trees in this forest. Further east, there is a northern beach that is too cold to swim in.
The Port Town wrote:
A port town, just south of the Cedar Forest and just north of the river's mouth. Many cargo ships in the area. There is an inn for sailors and only a few things else.

The Artic Coast wrote:
A frigid coast at the other side of the mountains, at the far north of the world. The climate is cold and not very propice to life. There is nothing here but a miniary site under the ground and in the ocean. There is also an outpost.

The Lake wrote:
A lake east of the city, south of the river. It's the biggest lake of the world. A lot of touristic attractions are held there.
Lake Village wrote:
A village with many touristic attractions

Oak Forest wrote:
A forest of Oaks and a lot of berry trees.

The Canyon wrote:
A canyon in the southwest of the world. Very rugged terrains. No-one knows what lies beyond the canyon in the west, since it's a long way down... and back up.

The Desert wrote:
A hot and dry desert further south of the canyon. It is a valley surrounded by hills and mountains. There is nothing here but sand and one outpost and some mines.

The Tropics wrote:
Situated at the south of the world, the tropics is a touristic paradise. Its business peaks in winter. There are some coconut palms, beaches, a luxury hotel and a little port.

Volcanic Island wrote:
An island across the ocean. It is famous for its volcano and its hot springs. It is at the southern edge of the world.
The Volcano wrote:
The Volcano is active, but does not erupt very often. There is a cave that leads inside the Volcano, but access is prohibited for obvious reasons.

ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD 'EH? THIS LOOKS LIKE A JOB FOR ULTRAMAN!

One of Ultraman's archenemies eats coins for food. I doubt anyone would understand it unless I explained.
