For those who still don't know, Mario D20 is a pen and paper RPG that is based on the Mario videogames (specifically SMRPG, PM, and other Mario RPGs that Nintendo has made). For those who don't know what a pen and paper RPG is, the most well-known example of it would be D&D (Dungeons and Dragons). There are rules for it at http://www.kobolds-keep.net/MD20Rules.pdf, but it requires some of the stuff from the 3.5 edition player's handbook for D&D.
I have even started a special battle that will use the Mario D20 rules in the contest forum. It is basically going to be used to give people an idea of what a game of it would be like (even if it is only focusing on the battle system).
I have come here to get people's opinions of it, and to find out what its chances are of getting its own forum after the special free for all battle I'm GMing. |
