Hmm...perhaps, a Paratroopa, with a Parabuzzy's feet and shell?
Or...a Parabuzzy with a shell much too large, a pair of shades, and shoes?
Either way, I assume it would look very awkward... |

A Buster Beetle, or a Quadrupedal Koopa that can resist Fire, both being able to fly. |
