The point here is, look. We're a caring community that has become like a home, like a family, to MsDevin. She comes to us with her talents, with her problems, and with her emotions. That kind of trust really warms my heart...it's dangerous, but beautiful. And as her family, we take our flamethrowers and start cranking out our stick and stone cannons and start launching them at this nice young girl, just because she has a different way of viewing things. So I ask you: what are we, apes? Have we really evolved enough to precieve that the way that you look at things isn't the way the entire world looks at things? Sure, it may go with a certain amount of people, but if an army of thousands charges headfirst into a palace of traps, a single bomb is all it takes to destroy both.
And that is a scenario I would like to avoid, ladies and gentlemen.
So Devin...I'm sorry for us harming you in any way. Best wishes to you, everything will be fine if you believe it to be so. And if you don't believe it, I believe it, so BELIEVE IT! And please, don't make me have to quote Naruto again. I felt like I died a little on the inside. |

For *crag* sake, I know I don't listen to any advice. I can't HEAR good things anymore. I just want someone who will sit there and not abandon me for the whole thing. |
