And I have found some good places to train for certain combat stats. Anyone may add their training ideas if they want.

Melee:

Fist of Guthix(Only ratings can be lost so it is perfect for anyone)

Moss Giants(Should be able to slay level 45 enemies, or be able to use the protection from melee prayer)

Lesser Demons(Should be able to slay level 84 enemies, or be able to use the protection from melee prayer)

Magic:

Fist of Guthix: You get free runes to use for any spell you can use.

Lesser Demons: There is a demon in Wizard Tower that is perfect for training magic and without worrying about it attacking you.

Ranged:

Fist of Guthix: It seems like a good idea but most players have armor so this is not always a good idea.

Lesser Demons: You can try Wizard Tower if you want to train without taking damage.

Moss Giants: If you can get to the area they are found inside Varrock Sewers you can get good xp from them, though there tends to be high level players killing them.

But minigames requires x amount of people.

You're taking out of the equation non-game areas, such as the following:

Caged Lesser Demon of Wizard's Tower. Perfect for Ranged and Magic.
Imprisoned Goblins, underground prison north of Barbarian Village.
Imprisoned evil Mage in Varrock Castle.

Then there's the lower-levels of the prison I already mentioned, which is great for combat training.

You did not read the Lesser Demon parts in Ranged and Magic did you cause I was talking about the caged demon.

Also this is not a complete list of places to train which is why I'm allowing other people add their ideas.
