You'll have to call back Pigeot. I know it's a powerful Pokemon, but I can see at least 8000 in that swarm alone.
I suggest you bring out one that's good with dense woodland like this.
This kind of enviroment is my forté, though, so I'll go on ahead and shout out to you if you're going in the wrong direction.
