Anyone who posts here would wake up in an abandoned cafe. Cafe 5to2 was the name of it. On the counter nearby were some pistols. Nearby was a note on the wall written in blood. It stated "THERE WAS A HOLE HERE! BUT NOW IT'S GONE!" The fog outside of the cafe was extrodinarily thick.
There was also some boxes of bullets near the pistols. Also nearby was a map.

Oh no, oh no no no no...this is the last time I ever play PS2 during a thunderstorm.
Okay, calm down, check your surroundings...

If Matt were to listen closely, he would hear odd noises outside of the cafe.

As he woke up, he looked around. "Huh? Where's the..." He stopped, and decided to ask questions later, picking up the map and reading it.

The map looked like this:

They were appearantly in the part of the town called "Old Silent Hill".

Suddenly, Matt and Megamaw would hear radio static. Nearby was a radio, that was emitting white noise. No matter what channel it was on, the white noise would remain.

The radio still produced white noise. In fact, the static started to get louder.

Suddenly, a grotesque monster smacked it's face against the window. It was horrible to look at, because it's arms were trapped in a straitjacket that was made out of it's flesh. Some black liquid drooled from it's mouth. After a while, the monster decided to leave the people in the cafe alone, and started to walk off. As the monster walked away, the volume of the white noise started to lower.

He flinched. "Eww...." He then eyed a gun, and picked it up, aswell as a bullet.

Cripes, we'd better be careful.
...I think those monsters have something to do with the radio volume. But what...?
*picks up a pistol and two boxes of ammo* Are you sure one bullet's gonna be enough?

The bullet clips that were in the pistols were at their maximum capacity. Suddenly, white noise started to blair on the radio...and a pterodactyl-like monster broke through the window of the cafe. The monster seemed undamaged from the crash, as it was still flying. The monster looked like it was about to attack the two.

The monster (which is called an Air Screecher) took the bullet wounds surprisingly well. The Air Screecher let out a high-pitched screech when it was hit. The Air Screecher then tried to fly into Matt, in an attempt to knock him down.
