I kinda like her voice. Funny thing is, I recently heard about this, so I am not suprised. Also, she instantly gains win points for using a fish as an item.

The old Yokune Ruko thing's been floating around for a looooooong time, so you could have heard that a Vocaloid 03 was coming out months ago.

If you just mean "It's going to come out at some point", then we all kinda expected that. <.< >.>

I kind of like her voice...it's more soft and mature than Miku and Rin/Len, but maybe that's just my style. I also like how her design is something new and fresh rather than the school-uniform based designs of Miku and Rin/Len (although, those ARE pretty cute). Also, they really improved the english stuff...I found a video with her singing Amazing Grace, and was actually pretty good.

plus her name reminds me of fruit and fruit is pretty
