"Well, technically, it's Cel who's getting arrested for re-development of the Test without proper permission. But, since you're helping out her cause, you're all considered accomplices, and have to go with."

"Re-development of the Test? Pardon?"

"Giving the Oress out was what got the Test going the first time around. Regardless of whether you decided to hand out the Oress again out of impulse, threat, or for some other 'logical' reason, it was still an illegal action. Sorry~"

"I was never informed of this..."

"I know that~"

"Oh. Well that's certainly better...Miss Arella, can you make my specified location be as far away from Zetta's as possible? I really don't want to die today."

[Lord Bob]

Terrus pulled himself together. "That," he said. "was not an enjoyable experience." He turned towards the angel. "I'm afraid that you may not arrest me, as my... bosses may wish to get involved. And when they get involved, entire planets may end up destroyed, if not galaxies."
Robert came downstairs, as apparently, he had retreated to his room. "What's this about an arrest?"

[Tayl]

"Well, I sort of have to keep you all together~

Oh, and Mr. Peace guy, if you're helping out Celly's cause, then I can't really make any exceptions. Plus, I don't care much for other galaxies and planets much, my 'people' and I exist far outside of Entirety. Not that we can actually do much...magical God-powers would sure come in handy during arrests~"

"So, that means you're one of Them...then the arrest must be srs bizness serious?"

"Not that serious. Not like the fate of Entirety, or even the fate of this Reality depends on your arrest. It's sort of like a precaution. As you well know, with the abrupt ending of the Test, things have been really screwy, and we really need to straighten things out. Leaving you guys here would end badly~"

"Couldn't you just take the Oress so none of this can happen again? I certainly wouldn't mind giving up Crona if it meant solving a problem ahead of time."

"Oh, that's impossible. Once someone is signed to an Oress, not even death can separate them. Plus, it's Cel's duty to hand out the Oress regardless of what We say or do, so We aren't premitted to interfere. Meddling with promises and whatnot is a bad thing~"

Curious what all the commotion was about, DBA headed downstairs. As he reached the bottom, he noticed the angel. DBA was awestruck and couldn't help but stare.

Bucket was much too confused by everything else to put up with this nonsense. He shuffled over to the nearest chair, fell into it, and suffered from one nasty plot confusion migraine.

Terrus mumbled something about the whole of Creation and upper beings. At the end, he added, nearly inaudibly, something about a father, but it was difficult to tell if he had actually said anything.

"So, then, are we ready to head off? It won't take more than a day~"

"Depends. Will there be a trial in which we will be allowed a lawyer?"

"I'll take Jack McCoy as my defense attorney if we have to stand trial."
