It worked for a while. It found a lot of stuff, but then about three hours later, BAM, another popup.
I thin I should just give up, since it doesn't seem they're going away, even after trying like, ten anti-viruses/anti-spyware :<

bump, again.
Now they're getting worse, playing sound BEFORE they appear so I can't do anything about it for a good three minutes. It's beginning to really get annoying.

You can still reformat. That'll get rid of it for sure. Just backup your stuff on CDs, and then reformat. That'll get rid of the pop-ups.

There's too many to type up, and I can't copypasta them... maybe a screenie?
The red and blue dots indicate programs that are the same, so you can tell which are and aren't repeats slightly easier.

Linux is completely free and available via internet download.

And unlike pretty much every other free thing on the internet it IS legal.
