Your on the list because so far, all of your topics I have seen have maybe 5 replies at most in most cases. Some of the more popular people's topics get 3 pages.

I wouldn't think that I ignore specific people. The only reason I don't post in certain topics is because said topics revolve around subjects that I'm just not interested in. If I am interested in a subject and don't respond to it, it's because either I'm too lazy to post, can't think of anything to say, or I'm concerned that people would think my response was stupid or something.
So, yeah.

As Tayl and Elzilcho said, we don't ignore specific people. You're probably saying this based on OT; in that case, well, there are just so many topics around, you can't have time to read it all. And we all know some topics are just a waste of time. So we need to ignore some topics.
Even inside topics, some posts must be ignored. Usually, because they don't have a lot of substance; because they don't really add a point of viiew to the topic. Or because it's trying to be funny but is not. |

Then you can start to see what I mean...
It even happens in Gaming...

Which causes a chain reaction that results in less people joining in.
Or something like that.
I've started another RP and like I expected there is not much people joining in. |

Most of us don't actively use RP, so it's understandable. RPOT is where it's at. |

i haven't done anything, and i'm not on the list, hooray for me.
As for the topic...its just like Alice said, its popularity. Sometimes its when someone does something epic, like making a crappy but funny gif that you can make in 10 seconds.
If your ignored, its because your A) an attn whore, B) new and haven't done anything, C)your a newbie who is a guy, D) your a guy, or E)you did something so bad your respect point went down lots.
Making this kind of topic definitely won't change anything |
