The title says it all. How do you turn part of a video into a repeating image? I haven't been able to find out how anywhere and i've been curious as to how for a while now. |

Get a video Capture Software or a YouTube Downloader (Should have freewares somewhere), and then download a GIF generator (Again should have a freeware), then just edit the video with Windows Movie Maker or whatever you have to the selected part you want, and put that in the GIF maker and there ya go. Thats what I do. er, did. New computer, too lazy to do anymore.
