To hack their own game and implant ideas into the silly people who read their minibooks.
Check the Disgaea DS minibook. It features a level 9999 Laharl with absolutely perfect stats, and a Doll class also at level 9999 with amazing stats. However, it impossible to get a Doll without hacking.
