Since this is April Fool's Day, I really doubt this, but if it's real, (which I doubt) then I can't wait to see what exactly the improvements are.
Also, even though this is probably an April Fool's joke, a Restrict-Ray is a pretty good idea.

Francis, what an awful April Fools joke. Not only do you say that all of us would become Admin, you also said you would work on Nerr 1.5. Of course, the promise of you actually upgrading the site gave it away, right guys? It was so incredibly obvious... Everybody knew. The only thing that was the truth is the Restriction-Ray.
