The reason I selected not guilty is because I recieved a Warning from Jr. Troopa, and got striked right after.
Look:
"This is a warning for your post at http://digibutter.nerr.biz/viewtopic.php?p=1507514#1507514 .
The reason for the warning was: Spam.
If you ignore this warning, you will be striked."
That's the message I got from Jr. Troopa. I was about to remove the post, but 1 minute after, I got striked for it.
I don't think it was by Jr. Troopa. I mean, who would give a warning then strike right after? |

If he got striked after getting warned, both for the same post, he shouldn't be striked.

Since there was a warning initially handed out, i don't think there should have been a strike for this. Therefore: Not Guilty if you ask me. |
