This is a supposed interactive fan fiction starting at the ending of one of Starfox Command's endings. Here, it's just a fanfic (without Peppy's granddaughter or Slippy's son). If you want this to be an interactive fanfic and want to participate, pm me your character (Name and Animal and team (SF,SW,or baddie) then I'll send you rules on how to post). In any case, I'm Miko teh fox so let's start!

Chapter 1:
It was a boring day in the Great Fox. The Youngest member of the new Starfox, a teen fox pilot named Miko lazily sat in one of the chairs, focusing on nothing in particular.

Miko: Man when will we ever get a big job?
Marcus: Soon, man. We've had small request so far, but I think our luck'll change soon!
Miko: I hope so. It's a bit boring with nothing to do.
Falco: *Chuckles*
Miko: So Mr. Lombardi, How was the old Starfox team like?
Falco: Hah, "Mr. Lombardi". Heh, anyway, yeah the old days were great. 'Der were fierce gunfights everywhere, ya' know. 'Specially against 'da Starwolf team.
Miko: *Looks at Marcus and Falco* Starwolf?
Marcus: My dad said it was a rival group.
Falco: Mmmhm. Fox and their leader Wolf O'Donell (OOC:Dunno spelling) were crazy rivals. For most u' the time 'dey--

*Boom!*

Miko: Ack! What was that? °o°!
Falco: *looking at a screen* They're bogeys on our tail!
Miko: *Starts running* Let's get 'em then!
Falco: Not quite yet bud, we need to know what they want.
-Incoming Transmission-
Wolf: Hello, Starfox. Long time no see.
Leon: Hmm, your team seems smaller somehow.
Miko: Hmph. It HAS been a while since Mr. McCloud disbanded this team after all.
Wolf: *stares intently at his monitor* Ah, yes. That blue fox, I presume, Is Marcus. *chuckles* Charming name... for a pup.
Marcus: Hey!
Falco: Yo, ya old fogeys! Ain't ya got anything better ta do?
Panther: Hmph, I COULD be in the prescence of your beautiful mother, McCloud.
Leon: You and your obsession with women.
Marcus: If it's a battle you're looking for, we accept!
Falco: *Glares at Marcus; then starts forming a smile* Just like your dad.
Wolf: Question is, does he have the talent like his dad?
Marcus: Alright team, let's move out.
*Starfox Team goes into Arwing ports*

Sorry I HAVE to double post.

Falco: Do a quick G-Diffuser check.
Miko: I'm fine.
Marcus: Heh, no prob. Let's rock!
*Containment hatch opens, the Arwing 3s zoom by with high finess*
Wolf: Seems like the pup took the bait. Hope you don't regret this. *laughs*
Miko: Hope you don't regret this! *fires a charged shot to wolf, barrel rolling to the opposite direction*
Wolf: *Somersault dodges* Too easy!
Leon: Feeling nostalgic, bird? *Homes in toward Falco, boosting*
Falco: You're one memory I'd rather forget!
Marcus: *Closes in on Wolf*, Miko! Take Caroso! "Mr." O'Donnel's mine.
Miko: Got it!
Panther: You feel lucky, pup? *places a rose in between his fangs* This darling rose will signify your enjoyable (to me) defeat.
Miko: We'll see about that!

*Dogfights ensue, until something unexpected happens*
Marcus: *struggling at controls* Eh?! Th-the g-diffuser's down and the backup generator has been drained to allow but basic functions.
Starfox team: Mine too!
Wolf: Heh, it looks like you could handle us after all. One or two hits isn't enough to defeat us, pups!
Miko: F-Falco, sir! How'd this happen!
Falco: *scanning his dashboard* Electro-Magnetic pulses...
Marcus: Electro--
Miko: Magnetic?! Electric is the main energy source of the weapon's system! Argh, how is it possible in this type of place! And why now! *slams dashboard*
Panther: Like I said, your defeat, this rose. Hah...!
Wolf: A rather quick meeting, not even close to the "good old days", eh Bluejay? *chuckles* But now is the time of your end. I expected more from you all. Especially YOU, McCloud. *Charges lazer beam*
Marcus and Miko: Nooo!

~Zshwoooom~

Falco: Hunh? What whazzat?
Wolf: *ship powers down* The pulses got to us too?! Impossible! I had an anti-polarity...
Panther: What's going on?
Leon: Ugh! What a drag. And so close to defeating that bird-brain!
Wolf: Back up-power is online. We'll retreat for now, pup. Hopefully you and your little crew can learn to pilot your "ships" before you take on the big boys.

*Starwolf zooms off to the distance*

Miko: That was close. *Sighs with relief*
Marcus: *Slams his dashboard* Damnit!
Falco: *Monitors Marcus through transmitter, disgruntled*
Miko: Huh?
Marcus: Argh! This new team first TRUE battle and I blow it!
Miko: Hey it's not so bad.
Marcus: I don't know. *sulks* I don't think I can be as good a pilot or leader as my Father once was.
Miko: Why do you say that?
Marcus: Didn't you see what happened when we were cornered by Starwolf?! I.. I.. I just froze up.
Miko: I kinda did too.
Marcus: I know, but I was supposed to be brave for you guys!
Falco: Yo, Marcus. You two are young, there's nothing unusual about being scared. The thing is, whenever odds were against us, you father and the rest of us never lost hope. Yes, the team was all afraid of any bad outcomes, but we manged to push on due to willpower.
Marcus: *looking down* ...
Miko: Ahh, don't worry Marcus! Next time, well be more ready than ever. If it's the undying willpower we need, well we've totally got that in the bag! No challenge will be too great for us!
Marcus: Heh. Thanks, you two.
Miko and Falco: No prob. *smiles; Miko giving a thumbs up*
