It will probably break even.
The ease of posting will cause people to post more often, killing more Bandwidths.
But the reduced amount of refreshing will kill less Bandwidths.

He's saying when people post into a topic, people click the topic to see the new response. But with Digibeta, You can see the new response without wasting the bandwidth.
