I think all games should have a "Sound Bit" option, where you choose between 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, and the fully orchestrated one.

No. 4 bit is the GBC's soundchip level. Or at least that's what it said on Wikipedia.

EDIT: Oh, it it's gone. It must have been wrong. Scratch 4-bit, then.
