the hat was manually put on all avatars though. It was just a seperate image, on top of another image. |

There's no way to make pictures grayscale without actually editing it. He'd have to make a dead avater for each individual member, and that would take a long time. Plus, for every new member, he'd have to make a dead avater. Honestly I think that's just too much work, the dead avater Francis uses now is fine :\ |

But I've seen old MySpace codes that make an avatar black and white when you put your curser over it, so it must be do-able. |
