Meh, okay.
This is almost the exact same news they were telling us from the start.
There's a reason there s a "Flu Season". No, it's not because that's when the flu happens. It can happen at anytime. No, the reason is because that's when it is at it's worse. So, all this says to me is that a disease that is bad will be worse during a season when most diseases become worse. And I should be worried because...?
Once again, the news is over-exaggerating the issues. Swine flu is bad, it will always be bad, and it's no surprise that it will be worse during flu season. Big deal.
Don't worry. So long as you live a healthy life style, you'll be fine.

Not food wise. Well, sorta. I mean basic sanitation issues. Wash your hands, cook your meat, cover your mouth when you cough. Basically, if everyone does those three principles, they'll be fine. Literally. That's all it takes to not get a disease usually.
