Pirates can be either good or evil, but they tend to not follow rules and laws. A few people with the pirate mindset would be the Scotsman from Samurai Jack, Robin Hood (he stole money), and Harry Potter (how many rules had that kid broken while in Hogwarts?).

Sammer Guys are samurai, and samurai were in Japan, as well as Ninjas. I think samurai evolved from ninjas or something. |
