when you are in world 3 you jump right down the red pipe in the middle of the pipes and when you see 2 platforms when your in the undergrown level use the A button to see a scret pipe then use luigis super jump and you might get something

I'm going to translate that into English:

In Chapter 3-1, go into the pit that leads to the underground area. Play through the area in 3D until you find a pipe between two sets of stairs side by side, go down the pipe, then go into 3D, hit the yellow blocks on the far right, flip back to 2D, and collect your prizes.
