Read the larger text below for the information on betting
I am going to play through Symphony of the Night again soon, and here are the rules I'll go by:
-Not allowed to use Knife or Axe sub weapons.
-Not allowed to equip shields.
-Not allowed to equip cheap weapons.
-Not allowed to equip headgear except Holy Glasses.
-Not allowed to equip accessories(with the exception of Gold/Silver rings, see above reason)
-Allowed to equip any armor except Walk Armor Diamond Plate, and anything superior to the Diamond Plate.
-Allowed to wear any cloak that gives 1-2 DEF.
-MUST FIGHT EVERY BOSS.
-Not allowed to cast 'Hellfire', 'Summon Spirit', 'Tetra Spirit' or 'Soul Steal'.
-Not allowed to use Summon Cards.
Now is where the betting comes in. I want you to bet where you think I will die first(There will be a 5 level grace period at the start of the game).
If I die while facing a boss(which is most likely) then everyone who bet on that boss gets the jackpot split between them. You can only place bets on up to 5 categories, with 5 coins per category
The only other categories aside from bosses will be listed at the bottom of the betting list. I am finishing my current playthrough, so you all have a good week or so before he starts.
Also, this list is likely not going to be in order, as SotN is kinda like Metroid with the free roam thing.
You may click the boss names to view what they look like.
(For the sake of not wanting complaints, there are censor marks on the Scylla. It is "naked", and the game doesn't show detail, but they are censored just in case.)

Other Options:

No deaths, game completed: Lord Bob
Total amount of coins in bet: 119
Bosses defeated will be marked with a (D)

there was a boss called scylla in FFIII. she was pretty interesting looking. very different form the one in this game though.

Slight update:
M'aiq will begin his playthrough on Sept. 8th. What better way to start than on your own birthday? After M'aiq begins playing, you will not be allowed to place bets on Regular Castle Bosses, or Enemies in Regular Castle. Inverted Castle bets are locked in place once M'aiq defeats 5 bosses.
If M'aiq dies at a boss noone bets on, M'aiq will refund 1 coin from each bet to every person who bet.(Meaning someone with two bets will get 2 coins back) An extra 25 coins from M'aiq's own stock of coins will be placed into the winnings, and the bet will continue.
Basically, this bet will keep going until someone wins. If noone places a bet on M'aiq beating the game, and M'aiq doesn't die at a boss that has been bet on, then all coins will be refunded.
M'aiq is starting the pot off with 25 coins, which, along with Franis' bets, is 35 coins. |

Another update. M'aiq sees that the odds really...sucked...
So he went and grouped bosses up into sets of 3. This increases the odds of winning of will hopefully increase participation.
Also, although it is very minor, but M'aiq will begin adding 2 coins a day to the jackpot once he begins playing on Sept. 8th, so the longer he takes, the more the winnings build up. |

Slight update.
Bets are fixed to 5 coins(M'aiq kindly bumped up GHB's for free) and you may bet in up to 5 of the categories. |

8 days left to bet, and remember that the jackpot grows by 2 coins every day after Sept. 8th.
M'aiq is hoping for at least ONE person to vote "No deaths" so he has someone to pay if he doesn't die. |

Each bet is just 5 coins. If you want to count the other 13 as a donation to the jackpot, then M'aiq would be glad to add them. If not, M'aiq will just send them back. |
