Moderators are supposed to represent the community, and what it wants. We're supposed to help the people. We're Moderators for the site... and the site IS the PEOPLE. They make it what it is, see?[/popple]
So really, gathering of member opinions is very important! It's Francis's responsibility to choose staff members, and OUR responsibility to give support to those who we TRULY feel would be best for the job.
And that's all I have to say about that... |

Nominations can cause many problems like what if the one who became a mod by way of nomination was not a good mod also it doesn't give everyone a chance.
This is just a suggestion but why doesn't Francis try giving certain people a shot at being a mod then see who did better. |

Actually, a lot of mods on different forums abuse their power. Don't know why.
