"Uh, guys?" Jon asked loudly. "We have a problem..."

The sea began tossing and turning, and rain began to pour down. While it wasn't quite as bad as the Great Storm, it came close. In fact, due to the sea, it was even worse...

"Take a deep breath," Draco instructed. Jon only had a few seconds to comply before he was pulled underwater by the Kingdra.

"We're safer down here," Draco said, though Jon was unable to respond for obvious reasons. When they resurfaced, everyone else was nowhere to be found...

The rain was pouring down hard. "Argh! Darn it! I can barely hold on!" Maria cried out. A large wave crashed down on Maria and her Lapras, sending them both underwater. "Hang on!" Lapras called out. It then quickly swam back to the surface. Maria looked around, but didn't see anyone. "They probably got swept away.......we had better rest. Lapras, can you go to that small island there? The other may have washed up there."

[I think I'll be able to do something with Mesprit.]

When Elise opened her eyes, there was a large figure blocking her from the sun. She shook her head and tried to focus, but only ended up sitting up and violently coughing for a short time. "Ugh... What happened?"

Her clothes were soaked, and she was lying on the shore of a small island. The one who had been leaning over her was Empoleon, who actually looked a little bit concerned for her. "That storm must have knocked me into the water... and you saved me, Empoleon," she said. "But... where's Skitty?"

Before she could panic, Empoleon gestured to a little patch of grass covered in sunlight, where Skitty was sleeping. "Whew," Elise sighed in relief. "Thanks, Empoleon."

[if anyone's going to the island, try not to find me yet. :3 Also, are there any other restrictions on what we can do with our subplots? Or, is this basically for character development and more pokemon catching?]

The Lapras pulled onto the island. "Thank you." Maria said as she brought Lapras back to its Pokeball. She began to explore, hoping she could find anyone else.

[Gear]

OOC: Im going to get Lugia. I dont feel like typing right now...

Meanwhile, in a dark cave underwater...

"Huh? Where am I?" David said as he began to search around his surroundings, "Squirts?! Where are you?!"

"Sush young one..." Said a voice from behind ,"Your friend, Squirts as you call him, is peacefully sleeping over there..." The figure pointed towards a small pond with glowing water. There lied Squirts, healing himself with the mystic water.

"Who- Who are you?!" David said as he grabbed his spear and pointed it towards the head of the figure ,"Tell me or die!" The figure began to laugh and looked towards David.

"Fool I am Lugia!" He said as lite up the cave ,"I am the Guardian of the sea!" He Then bent down his head and looked directly into David's eyes. "I see much anger in your soul...not very good if you plan to save the world..."

"How did I end up here?!" David said ,"All I can remember is being attacked by a gang of Gyarodos..." David sat on a rock and began to think, "Man I can't remember a thing...and how can that Pokemon talk to me?"

"Telepathy, didn't they teach you anything at school?" Lugia then began to explain on how he found David...

"I was sleeping, deep down inside the ocean, when I heard the storms reproaching. I swam beneath the surface and saw that the storm was much more powerful than even I thought possible. You were resting on a Lapras when the wave hit. You began to sink to the bottom of the ocean, absolutely motionless...Squirts was tired from its recent battle and could barely swim. He asked for help and I answered back...I grabbed you and Squirts and brought you to my lair to heal...Your friends however were nowhere to be seen..."

[Fancy Wario]

"...There's an island up ahead," Draco pointed out. "Should we rest there before continuing?"

OOC: It's not the same island that Maria and Elise are on.

BIC:

"Why not?" Jon said.

When they reached the shoreline, Jon released Crash, and Hitmonlee from their Pokeballs. "We're gonna rest here for a while until Fury gets back," he said. He attempted to sit down, but felt a pain in the back of his pocket.

"Ow," he said. He took the object that was in it out. He remembered, suddenly; it was the fragment of the blue stone from before.

"Hm," he grunted, before setting it down and sitting on the ground to examine his burnt leg.

The skin there was reddened considerably, and it still felt like hell. He found himself beginning to believe Dan's words, that a Houndoom's burn will ail you forever...nearby, Hitmonlee was doing the same.

"It much be much worse for you," Hitmonlee said sympathetically. "I won't be using my arms much, but you need your legs to walk...I'd be crippled if it was my leg burnt," he muttered, shuddering.

Crash sat down next to them. "I don't know how it feels, but from the way you're talking, it must be pretty bad, huh?"

Jon nodded. "I'll probably get used to it, though."

When Fury returned, pulling a Seaking carcass with him, Jon, Hitmonlee, and Crash went to get some wood to make a fire with. They cooked the Seaking, and fell asleep for the night...

[Kii]

[[OOC: I'm going to make it difficult for Maria to find Elise, so we can have seperate plots for a little bit XD But being on the same island is fine for now.]]

Elise wandered around the area of the island near the ocean, not wanting to travel too far away just in case one of the others showed up at any time. The island seemed to be a paradise compared to the desolate area they had all just come from; there were tons of plants here, and while most of them didn't look edible, the flowers were blooming in all colors. It really made the island seem lively and welcoming.

"If only everyone else were here too," she thought to herself.

"It's best for us to stay in one place," said Empoleon, who had finally decided to start communicating with Elise and her other Pokemon. "If we move around too much, the other humans may not ever catch up."

"Yeah, I know," Elise agreed. "But it couldn't hurt to go a bit deeper into the forest, would it? I want to see if there's fruit or anything... a lot of my rations got ruined when I was in the water."

"Do you mind if I stay here?" Empoleon asked. "I'm a little hungry myself, so I want to go fishing. I can try to get some fish for you as well."

"Of course," Elise replied. "I'll take Skitty with me."

Maria had examined her backpack.

"Oh....that's not good. All my food has ruined! Everything else seems moderately usable..."

"Do you want me to help you find anything?" Shinx asked.

"Yeah, I'll need help. I'll bring the others out as well."

She then brought out Kabuto and Bronzor and let down the Mudkip from before. Shinx, Kabuto and Bronzor ran into the forest to look for food, but the Mudkip walked up to Maria.

"Kip!" Mudkip said, pointing to her.

"Huh? Is there something you want?" Maria asked.

"Kip!" Mudkip repeated, pointing to one of her Pokeballs.

"Oh.....I think I get it." Maria replied.

She grabbed an empty Pokeball and gently tapped it on the Mudkip's head. The Mudkip got pulled inside, and the Pokeball pinged immediately. Maria then brought the Mudkip back out and they ran into the forest to cath up to the other Pokemon.

"Who're you?"

Jon woke up to Fury's voice, confused. After opening his eyes, he could see that Fury wasn't talking to him, but to a small Eevee that was cowering nearby.

"Vui!" it squeaked, pawing at the ground nervously. Fury narrowed his eyes suspiciously, toying with his claws.

"It says it wanted to see what that rock of yours is," he grunted. "Do you mind?"

Jon shook his head, and tossed the blue stone over to the Eevee. It approached it curiously, touching it with its nose. "Vuuiiii!" it shrieked, as a white light encompassed it...

"Por?"

"It was a Water Stone," Jon said in surprise. "Well, what do you know..."

As the light around it cleared, the Vaporeon glanced around in confusion. "Poreon?" it said.

OOC: If anyone else is planning on catching an Eevee and evolving it into either a Jolteon or Flareon, PM me. I have an idea for a subplot involving Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon...

[Gear]

OOC: Yeah they are going to become legendary dogs, guessing. I will get a Jolteon though.

I looked into the eyes of the beast, not knowing how to feel, I sat on the ground and began to relax. "So what are we suppose to do now?" I asked Lugia, "Just sit here and wait for the end to come?"

"If you want to leave you may," Lugia said, "Though I don't think you would get far without any help." He turned and looked toward a wall, the ground began shaking and a door was revealed. "I suggest you take Squirts with you if you want ANY chance of escaping..."

"So I have to go through that door and I will magically appear at the south pole?" I said sarcastically. I grabbed a Pokeball and returned Squirts to his Pokeball.

"No, it isn't going to be that simple," Lugia said ,"It is a labyrinth, and only I know the correct way..."

"So why not just tell me where to go?" I said.

"Well that wouldn't be any fun would it?" Lugia said as he began laughing out loud ,"Tell you what, if you can complete the maze I will personally help you cleanse your soul!" Lugia, still laughing, began to fade away, and the door began to close. I began to sprint towards the door, it was my only way out of this hell hole.

"Almost there..." I thought to myself as I ran inside the door, "Wait what is this place?!" I looked around and saw...nothing. The walls where glowing white while the ground was made out of white marble. Down the middle was a circle. I walked slowly to the circle as it began to glow blue. Once I stepped on it I fell down, motionless.

"Uh what the f**k just happened?" I said as I got off the ground ,"Is this...the lab?" I looked around and noticed I was back where I started,"My- My Pokemon! Where are they?!" I began to search my belt but found nothing.

"Lugia what are you doing?!" I shouted towards the sky ,"Is this your idea of a joke?!"

"Sush..." Said a voice within ,"You are still in that room, it was a room into your memories..."

"What?! Where are you?!" I said.

"Me? I am at the cave still," Lugia said ,"If you want to wake up from your dream you to continue what you started..." I closed my eyes and when I opened them, I was at the snowpoint temple. I looked towards my belt and saw two Pokeballs, Snover's and Zuzu's Pokeballs. In my hand was the book I had found.

"Now continue your journey in this temple if you want to find the way out..." Lugia said as his voice began to fade away. I nodded and began to walk into the Darkness.
