[Piccolo the Pixl]

Maria just kept looking out towards the ocean, hoping to find a Pokemon that could help her get across the ocean. Eventually, she spotted a Lapras far away. "I could catch that, but it's too far away for me to get its attention......."

[Legendary Mashine]

Raphael removed his clothes, stuffed them into his bag, and, carrying his bag, hopped perkily into the water, ignoring its temperature. Heather slipped slowly into the water, biting her lip and shivering at the cold, and when she was all the way in, Lilly climbed on to her back.

"It's okay, I've got you... yeesh, this water's freezing."

"I could go catch you that Lapras," Raphael called out, swimming ahead with Pokeballs in hand, "just hold on a bit."

As he got about halfway between the quiet wild Lapras and the shore, he sent out his Bulbasaur. Bulbasaur readily swam out by his side, doggie-paddling to the best of his ability, and when they got close enough...

WHAM! Bulbasaur sent out long vines, tangling Lapras' shell and pulling it back toward Raphael. Angrily, Lapras shot a stream of water at Bulbasaur, who then lost his grip and fell in the water. Doggie-paddling for dear life, it seemed that even Grass-types should be cautious against Water-types in their home environment.

Taking advantage of the distracted Lapras, however, Raphael threw the empty Pokeball at it. The ball floated on the surface of the ocean, and wiggled a little bit, but soon, it stopped. He swam out to retrieve it, then brought it back to shore.

"Here you go," he said, tossing it to Maria, "you can ride it now!"

Poor Bulbasaur was still faltering out in the sea, however. As soon as he got back to where Raphael was floating with the others, he gave him a nice hard whack with vines. "BULB!"

"Sorry, I forgot you were out there!"

Bulbasaur sprayed water angrily from his nose, and returned to his Pokeball in a huff.

Maria caught the ball. "Thanks a lot!" Maria exclaimed. She then brought the Lapras out of the Pokeball and got on top of it. "Is there anyone else who needs a pokemon to ride on?"

[Pure-???]

"I don't think so. magnezone might not be able to hover over water that deep though."

[Piccolo the Pixl]

"I'm certain that you, and one other person could fit on this Lapras." Maria replied.

[Pure-???]

maybe I could create a path with heatran?

"That may not be the best idea. You may harm a lot of the water Pokemon here." Maria replied.

[Pure-???]

"it would probably convenience lot of them. it could cause more plant life in desolate areas of the ocean. and as an alternative, I could probably create a series of small islands incase we need to take a break.

"...Is everyone ready?" asked Jon. Draco had swam over to shallower water, waiting for Jon to climb on his back.

(you know what would be handy for me right now? ditto. I guess I could use porygon z, cause I doubt magnetic floating works over water. but outright floating would work just fine.)

[Gear]

"Great!" David exclaimed ,"The others got here before us!"

"Well now you know next time, not to try to take short vuts," Squirts said ,"Besides they might have some food on them!"

"But we almost died twice!" David said ,"Well on the bright side you did evolve..."

"David...shut up," Squirts said as he began to walk towards the others.

"Why that son of a..." David grabed a rock and threw it with great force towards the head of Squirts. David ran behind a tree and began to gigle.

"Yeah, real mature!" Squirts said as he just continued walking.

"Whats up with him?" David asked himself ,"Must be an evolution thing..."

Elise withdrew her new Poke Ball and sent out Empoleon. It seemed to have calmed down quite a bit after having the chance to rest, but it still flinched when Elise started to get close to it.

"Hey, it's okay now," she said, placing a comforting hand of the back of its head. "I had to fight you because you tried to hurt Skitty, but I'm pretty sure we can get along now."

A little bit reluctantly, Empoleon positioned itself on its stomach in the water, allowing Elise to climb onto its back. Skitty climbed up as well, sitting near Empoleon's head and grinning. "Okay, I think we're ready," Elise told the others.

"So.....where exactly are we headed?" Maria asked Jon. "Are we just going to go out to the ocean without knowing where we're going?

[Fancy Wario]

Jon frowned. "...I suppose we should just keep heading south until we reach the South Pole..." he muttered. "To be honest with you, I don't really have much of a plan. I'm just winging it.

[Piccolo the Pixl]

"Well, this seems risky then. We should head out as fast as we can. South should be that way." She said as she pointed south. "Let's hurry." Her Lapras then started swimming away.
