Today's news

An intense lawsuit was filed by Plastic Mario against Lord Bowser,
who made false statements and edited his original post. After a long,
4-page trial, Plastic Mario emerged victorious. However,
Judge Francis vetoed all fines and merely sentanced Lord Bowser's
topic to be moved to the dump.

The Court Report: Bob-Omb VS. TotalSpaceShipGuy3

The following takes place between 11:21 AM and 12:35 PM, Japan Time:

I walked into the Digibutter court, it was morning. I didn't matter, this was the biggest court scince Lord Ratttler v.s. Larry Koopa.

The case: TotalSpaceShipGuy3 was sueing Bob-Omb for Failure to pay and Bribing.
Bob-Omb was countersuing with Forceful Item Use and Wrongful Demanding of Money.

The Attournies: I couldn't quite tell who was on who's side.

The Judge and Jury: The Honorable Judge, Judge Francis.

When I first saw these two, I thought it was sure that TSSG3(I have to Abbreviate here) would win.

Bob-Omb started out his case by saying that he would not pay for an item used on him without a quota or saying it would cost him money. He also said that the bribe(Or as TSSG3 Described it "Black Mail") was not against the law and that he did not have to(And did not) take it.

TSSG3 counter argument was by saying that bribing for payment IS against the law, Bob-Omb requested his name being painted red and that the payment would of been the same either way.

Judge Francis then asked if the Plantiff would like to call anyone they would like to the stand, hence CBLuigi was called to the stand.

CBLuigi then was sworn in and made the following, which is directly written from his speech.

"I didn't see TSSG3 to the afformentioned act, but I did try to correct Bob-omb about needing someone else to do it for you."

TSSG3 then asked if, for the point of being sound, did he tell Bob-Omb that he could be spraypainted red.

Directly from CBLuigi's mouth. "Yes, I did. I can get you a link to my post if needed."

TSSG3 then asked if Bob-Omb ever altered or deleted any of his posts due to no longer wanting to be spraypainted.

CBLuigi: "No, I didn't see any such thing."

TSSG3 then explained that, while he did not ask for prior payment, he was going to save up anyway. Therefor, he "Saved him the trouble of buying it"(Direct Excerpt)

At this point, Plastic Mario stepped in with the move that would change the court.

And I quote the most important parts: "Since he did not state that he would pay for one if someone painted him, Bob-Omb should not have to pay for it."

This pretty much ended the case, as only twelve minutes later Francis came in and adjourned the court.

Most people were in agreement, Bob-Omb should not have to pay. However, most believed that he was still guilty of Bribing.

The verdict was...well...here is a direct excerpt:

"Order in the court...
All rise....

After reviewing the evidence and statements of both parties, i have come to my conclusion...

I find the defendant
NOT GUILTY

Based on the evidence presented, Bom-omb did not ever consent to being sprayed in exchange for money.

This court is dismissed."

The case was over, Bob-Omb was cleared of all chargers.

However, in this reporters opinion, Bob-Omb was still guilty of bribery.

Magikoopa #42's Scoop of the Day: Stolen Prize

The scene at the local walrus home was devastating as a mysterious man in blue mugged a random walrus and made off with its most prized possession,
a beautifully made plastic blue bucket. Attempts to locate the thief have failed.
"Mah Bucket was jus like ah Bucket tah meh. y cant dey leave a poor walruzez bucket alone?"
was what the victim of the theft had to say on the matter before bursting into tears. Police continue to search for the thief in blue.

Plastic Mario is also stirring up fan fiction for the masses!

Kai walked into the market, people shirking away from him. "Hmph... Why do these humans ALWAYS judge people by what they look like? Just because I'm a demon doesn't mean I'm any different from you all. Well... Maybe a bit."
After he swung his arm, and a flash of light, he was surrounded by nothing. Nothing but the petrified stone faces of those who shunned him.

Kai was a cursed person. People had always hated him, and the hatred corrupted his soul, twisting him into a demon. He could do nothing about it, but accept it, and deal vengeance on those that cause this to happen.
However, there was one way to undo what had destroyed Kai's very soul. He must find one that accepts him for who he is. And for a demon, it is not an easy task.

Walking through the market, he studied all the statues left in his wake. He found one, of a beautiful woman, and released her from her stone prison. "EEEEK! GET AWAY FROM ME, DEMON!" Kai, who was exhausted of all this,
imprisoned her once again.

"Why must I be the one that must go through this suffering... The world hates me, and I never did a thing to the rest of them. And there's nothing I can do about it, either..."
As Kai fell asleep that night, a dream entered his head. Another woman, as beautiful as the other, whispering his name. "Kai... Meet me at the mountain tomorrow..."
In the morning, Kai packed and left for the mountains. He was going to find this woman, if she was the one that would lift this curse...
