No you idiot, I believe he has a good chance of being in it because Sega tends to favor Nintendo for their sonic games, and Sonic is a very popular character who... if put in ssbb... will make the game so much more popular...
If sonic WASN'T in it, it'd be a horrible decision, gaming-wise, and business-wise. |

Well, as much as even Miyamoto wants Sonic in, it is still unlikely.
Metal Gear started on Nintendo, and that is the excuse for Snake being there.
Sonic started on SEGA. |

get captain falcon and FALCON PUNCH him
get fox, and PWN HIM
get link and bomb him!
get mario, and burn him!

Hey, either way, if Sonic's in there somebody will be happy.
They could beat the hell out of him, or use him to beat the hell out of everyone else!
They could pick who wins the age-old and now outdated "Mario VS. Sonic" thing. |

That's not the point. The point is, it's very likely. We can add all nintendo characters until the end of time... but we'll never have great selection, since we've got all the "all stars". If this game wants to do well, Sonic will at least cameo in it. |

samus is female...
Sonic has a better chance of getting in the game than toad does. It's because everybody loves Sonic. SEGA was so excited about the Wii they made an exclusive game for it. Nintendo needs Sonic in SSBB because it would make the game so much more popular. Even if you hated Sonic, you could still use him as a training dummy. |
